The Murron's Pouch is a Native style pouch, these baby carriers are one of the most popular baby carriers in the USA. I wasn’t too sure about these at first as I was put off by the ‘look’ of them, however having tried some over the past few months I know now why so many people love them. They are extremely practical, comfortable to wear and so, so handy! I have tried a few American patterns and have finally settled on the style I like best. I named this Murron’s Pouch after my daughter Saoirse-Murron (I figured few people would be able to pronounce Saoirse) and we have really loved using this with her. I love it most as it is so handy for shopping trips, school run etc because it is so small I can put it in my glove compartment of the car, or neatly into my handbag etc so that it is always handy.
These superb little pouches are fast becoming one of our best sellers. Each sling comes with precise pictorial instructions for the various carrying positions, This sling can also be used for carrying twins (two slings required).

Made In Scotland
Worn Around the world
Murron’s Pouch is:
v Extremely compact – when folded fit into a small size sandwich bag (I’ve tried)
v Ideally suited for travelling.
v A great companion sling to a main sling.
v Able to be used for lots of positions including hip and back carry.
v Comfortable for both baby and wearer
v Suitable for Carrying Twins (2 Pouches required)
v Great Value for money
v Without rings or fasteners just wear the sling like a sash around you.
v Secure. The shape of this sling has a built in curve that keeps your baby secure without you holding on.
I wore a Murron's Pouch on a recent trip to Rome and was the envy of other passengers heading for the flight who were struggling with buggies etc. for their little ones. It really did come into its own on our holiday as it was so easy to fold away when not being worn.

Be sure that your pouch actually fits you. Many people have a pouch that is too large for them. This is especially true of some of the mass-marketed pouch slings out there - their size charts run a little bigger than what some people find comfortable
My sling can be exchanged for sizing if returned within 28 days of purchase. If buying when pregnant please advise me of your EDD.

Sizing of these slings is important, the sling should fit you comfortably with your baby not being carried too low. With a tape measure, measure yourself from the OUTSIDE EDGE of your shoulder bone to the top of your OPPOSITE hip bone. Try not to measure too loose or too tight. If you are ordering the sling as a gift or if you are pregnant you can use the following sizing chart as a guide.
