Returns / Exchanges:
We offer a no quibble return service if you are not completely happy with your item or would simply like to cancel your contract. Items must be returned within 14 working days of delivery for refund or exchange and should be sent by a secure shipping method at your own cost and we cannot be held responsible for items which are not received back with us. You must include a note with your package advising us of the action you wish taken i.e. refund or exchange, the name, delivery address and email address used at time of purchase and also state when you purchased. Refunds are subject to returned item/s being in and as new condition and we reserve the right to make a deduction from any item which does not satisfy this condition. Refunds will be made via the same method of payment used for the original order.

Shipping costs and times
All UK orders are shipping via Royal Mail first class post, the cost of which is included in the prices as listed on the website. Further services are also available, please email for the service that you require and current charges will be applied to your order.
International orders are shipped via Royal Mail airmail, charges are added by selecting the destination on the website, however we would advice international buyers to consider either insurance or paying extra for international signed for which is available for an additional charge as we cannot be responsible for non-receipt of international packages. Please email for details.
UK customers can expect to receive their goods within 2-3 business days of placing your order.
Payments
Secure online payments can be made using credit/debit cards or PayPal if you have an account, if you don't have a PayPal account its easy and free to sign up for one.
